About

I went to law school to become a criminal attorney. It’s just something I've always been passionate about. I earned my Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School in 2023 with an Honors in Criminal Law & Advocacy. I come from a family of legal minds who engrained in me the importance of justice and fighting for those individuals that can't fight for themselves.

As a former Deputy District Attorney for the County of Los Angeles, I've handled various types of cases from misdemeanors to serious felonies. What I've learned is that every person's story is different and how they got to that point in their lives sheds some light as to why they may have made such a mistake. So, I believe that it is important to learn about my clients, personalize myself with them, and ensure that their story comes to light to protect their rights to a fair day in court.

Top Questions Clients Ask Me

Providing legal representation across the following California counties.

What is an arraignment?

An arraignment is the first court appearance after the District Attorneys Office has filed charges against the client. At an arraignment, the client pleads not guilty and the judge arraigns the client on the charge(s).

What is going to be the outcome of my case?

I like to tell my clients that I can’t promise them any definitive outcome, especially so early on in the process, without seeing the discovery or getting an offer from the District Attorneys Office. However, what I can say is that I am going to do everything in my power to get them the best possible outcome.

What happens during the DMV hearing?

During the DMV hearing, the DMV has the burden of proving that 1) the client was driving a vehicle, 2) that the officer had probable cause to arrest the client, and 3) that the client BAC was above 0.08% within three hours of the time or driving.

How can I get a restricted license?

You can get a restricted license from the DMV by showing proof of enrollment in the alcohol program, show proof of installation of the IID, show proof of SR-22 insurance, and pay the fine.

When do you get the discovery?

I receive the discovery from the District Attorneys Office after I attend the arraignment and provide my information to the DA who will then send the discovery within a few weeks.
